I will focus on moving you from stuckness to action, from indecision to decision or from muddling around to clarity of vision. I will do my best to listen, empathize, and understand your need and meet you where you are. I am interested in listening to your story and your struggle. As your therapist using cognitive behavioral therapy, I will help you manage your problem in living more effectively and in developing unused and underused resources and opportunities more fully.
