What is a Goal?

A goal is something you want to achieve, some of them are easy and others are harder. There are short term goals and long term ones.

How to set a goal?

  1. Name your goal, think about What it is that you want to achieve and Why it is important. (help, time, materials, etc.)
  2. Break your goal down into small steps so that each step is a reasonable size.
  3. Think about your goal every day and work towards it.
  4. Set Rewards that you can achieve as you work towards your goal.
