A goal is something you want to achieve, some of them are easy and others are harder. There are short term goals and long term ones.
How to set a goal?
- Name your goal, think about What it is that you want to achieve and Why it is important. (help, time, materials, etc.)
- Break your goal down into small steps so that each step is a reasonable size.
- Think about your goal every day and work towards it.
- Set Rewards that you can achieve as you work towards your goal.
